TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: The freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 7 business days. We will notify you if your purchase is out of stock. Items will be automatically shipped when they become available. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship via USPS. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to The Simply Chic Boutique's acceptance and terms, this will indemnify against any loss.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims through our Contact Us page.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 7 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us with in the 7 days for a refund or exchange on items that are in new and saleable condition. Items MUST be returned in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. There is an $8.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by The Simply Chic Boutique within 14 days from our Return Authorization.
#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us through our Contact Us page. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited or an exchange made.
